1 aireal bowl
This is one of my favourite pieces of glass, you can\'t buy this one but I can make you one similar, no two pieces are ever the same. Just put this little bowl in the sunshine and it glows, throws amazing patterns on the table around it. I don\'t think one could ever grow tired of this light show and it also looks great with tomatoes or other fruit in it.
12cm x 10cm
Price £42.00
2 Wild Peony
Another favourite bowl. The great thing about bowls is their function they look good with salads particularly. On a filmy white background the colour falls in large petal forms over a yellowish foliage
14cm x 13cm
Price £44.00
3 floppy bowl
I don\'t have a name for this bowl yet the shape is called \"dropped hanky\" , kind of looked down upon by the purist glass makers but I think they have their place. You get the edge really hot, spin it out and then suddenly drop the piece downward so that the edge folds in an interesting way.
11cm x 11cm
Price £32.00
4 Honesty Bowl
Revising the website I realised we have never shown the honesty pieces so here is a floppy bowl. It reminds me of the beautiful honesty plants that grow in our garden. Lovely gentian flower in the summer but on the autumn the strange paper thin drumskins on slender stems blowing in the breeze like so many flags.
14cm x 13cm
Price £37.00
5 Nasturtian floppy Bowl
Nasturtians are among my favourite flowers I love the strong orange, red and yellows the strange cap shape and the luscious green leaves. I have tried to make something that suggests this and this is one of the closest pieces. Once again being a bowl it can find many uses and the cast colour display in the sunshine is great.
24cm x 22cm
Price £72.00
6 shell form bowl
A vortex of colour swirls upwards from the deep aqua base of the bowl ending in a golden yellow rim. The glass is very thick and textured on the underside. The bowl has been opened up and rippled along its edge. We sold one of these to a lady whose husband was going to convert it to a shallow bowl spilling water into a bath. I think it would be great with salad again. Perhaps I eat too much salad?
12cm x 26cm
Price £75.00
